Me too…not keen on Man Utd but had a really good time. Shame there wasn;t more Wittoners there though.

Great night especially if u like Man Utd. Next one will probably be Everton or Liverpool but I will still be there - let’s have more so called Wittoners attending - it’s YOUR CLUB SUPPORT IT.
Thanks to all who organised it and well done Ernie Fryer for getting 2 great speakers and a fab comedian.

Was the ring master there?

Thanks for the comments, would be interested in feedback on the format of having the hotpot supper rather than a full meal, it did allow us to keep the cost of tickets to a minimum and people I spoke to said it went down very well, same again next time? or it has also been suggested that a buffet style might go down well in the spring?

Great night all round and really good value for money.

Thoroughly enjoyable night, and easier to sell tickets at £20 if it means the food is more basic, personally I go for the entertainment not the food. I can get a decent roast dinner for less than 4 quid at the Wharton Park.

Disappointed with the criticism of Wittoners again! - I always understood these events to be aimed at the ‘business community’ and people who wouldn’t normally come into the club, thereby creating new revenue streams and not relying on the same few.

Any criticism of numbers is unfortunately down to ‘the collective club’ and its/our inability to sell tickets.

Thanks to Ernie, whose contacts made last night possible.
