I was told today by someone at work that we have put 7 days notice in for a famous name at the club he supports, I won’t put the players name on here in case Real Madrid happen to read it! 
Not Van Nistelroy surely, not now we have Mike back.

Not sure of your source, but please don’t speculate further, as this could put in jeopardy the transfer.
The 7 days notice means we cannot speak to the player for 7 days until his current club has a chance to persuade him to stay. Any rumours on here could fuel speculation that we have broken that confidence.
Please be patient, I will post on here as soon as we are allowed to speak to him, and the paper work has been completed.
More speculation will only alert any club who have more money to offer than us.
