Despite being one of the favourites to win the league, Fylde lost to Lancaster City on Saturday. That means that either Fylde are not as good as people think they are, or Lancaster are better than thought.
Either way, I believe we are in for a tough match tonight, and I would definitely be happy if we come away with a single point.
In my opinion we have to start with Macca in centre midfield, and Kinsey must have an attacker partner, be it Smith or Hancock. I would like to see Danny Warner start at left-back with Matty Wood playing left midfield, as I think, as do others, that Wood could cause opposing full backs problems. It was from a cross from Wood that we scored on Saturday, if I remember correctly.

Sorry I can’t make it tonight as I’m working till 7 tonight. The good news is I’m swapping my early finish on Mondays to Tuesdays from September and as I’m off Wednesdays I’m hoping not to miss many more midweek games!! Give the lads a shout from me and thanks for those providing updates.

If you didnt go last year - I’m not having a pop at their ground (its new and still being developed) but I hope it doesnt rain or more than 15 people want a drink at the same time! the pies were nice though.
