Witton make the short trip to local neighbours Barnton AFC on Saturday, hoping to build on the positives from their opening Pre Season game last weekend at Mold Alexandra. Hosts Barnton have had a promising start to their Pre Season campaign, winning two of the Friendlies they’ve played so far. A 7-0 win against Styal FC was followed by a 4-1 defeat to Welsh outfit Connah’s Quay Nomads but, they got back on track in midweek beating Merseyside club Garston FC 4-2. A tough game is expected for both sides.
