Is Adam Warlow still registered to Fleetwood? I hear he has retired from football, but could he not be tempted back to Wincham Park as more than adequate replacement!
All the best Titch. It`s been awesome seeing you play for Witton. Keep working hard, I think even bigger, and better things will come your way in the future.
Just seen that Titch has gone to Fleetwood, fair play, clearly good enough to play at that level. All the best Titch, wore the witton shirt with pride and your goals were a massive contribution to the great season we had. Hopefully see you in a witton shirt again one day
ME : mate it’s been a pleasure watching you this season. hopefully see you at a witton game at some point.
TITCH : I’ve loved every minute of it and it was a pleasure to have spent it with such special people. Hopefully I can get down to a game some time soon. I’ve got my own place in Thornton, it’s about 10 minutes from Blackpool so I’ve got a spare room if you’re ever on a night out!
ME : we’re all kipping at your’s when we play Fylde away…
TITCH : Haha ok!
He thinks i’m joking…
Top lad.
BRILLIANT!! What a great lad as well as a great player.
WHS.
I don’t think Alex Miller has too much to worry about…
Me neither ha ha  Just bored and trying pass the time (to be fair I was short of material)
Maybe 1 day when Witton arn’t playin and Fleetwood are, a gang of us could travel to watch (in the Albion’s colours of course). SBL
A sad loss to the albs, maybe the only bad news we have had for some time, but really glad for titch seems a cracking lad and liked him and his style of play from day one, I am concerned that we did not get a fee for him at all ? and really worry about replacing him, 30 + goalscorers do not grow on trees and we cannot afford to poach one, be interesting to see how the magician pritch deals with this loss, im not sure we already have a replacement inhouse it will have to be a new signing imo, any news on this front.
A young fellow called Moseley might fill in for a while!
WHS
To be honest i’m just glad he did what we signed him to do. He was never going to sign a 2 year contract, so we were never going to get a fee unless he went in January.
Considering the important goals he scored in the promotion run-in (the first against Farsley being the most important), would you have preferred a transfer fee in January or Promotion in April?
Let’s not be concerned about things we have no control over.
We rarely get fees for our young players and that is why they sign for us in the first place. They know that if they get a great offer Witton will not stand in their way. Other good young players will continue to join us for just that reason.
WHS.
i say again good luck to titch, he gave us some memories to savour for years to come. but i suggest we have a replacement in house, namely ashley stott, who don’t forget scored some important goals for us when he signed up for witton again. he is a natural goal scorer and will surely be a great asset to witton.
Robbo would have preferred both tbh and Im only thinking of Witton, how many other clubs would lose the leagues best striker for nothing ? but if he would not sign for us so be it, good luck to the lad. look forward to seeing his replacement, stott is not it of couse I would expect him to be in the team but he needs a partner and probably not Gaghan or Mose imo over the long term.
When you consider what we can offer in wages we have to give some other incentives for good young footballers to join us and the opportunity to further their careers if the chance comes has to be a major one. Had we had Titch on contract and had we demanded a fee for him it is likely that Fleetwood would have looked elsewhere.
WHS.
We will get compensation, so we wont get nothing.
