I notice Gresley’s planned sale of their ground has fallen through resulting in all players wages being frozen until the end of the season
Shame if they sell their ground at all - a proper football ground. Have many memories (good and bad) of Grizzley Gresley from my time reffing down there.
Quick tip, Louis Briscoe ex Port Vale, Leek Town and Hednesford is currently contracted at Gresley, rumours suggest he is about to move to Belper Town FC, I believe Witton were interested when he was previously at Leek. Also, David Blenkinsop another sound striker is contracted there. Maybe worth a punt?

I was informed about an hour ago of 5 contracted Gresley Rovers players who have been made available, AT A PRICE. Our manager has been informed of the situation, albeit, if we can afford their asking price.
Apparently looking to sign with Stafford Rangers (joining Dave MacPherson). Interesting with Stafford Rangers also not having a great deal of surplus funds it seems any deal may comprise sell on clause, free loan of Stafford players and perhaps a friendly fixture.
Steve Bull is still waiting for the deal to go through according to Express & Star.
