Yayyyyyy !
UTA . A great Christmas present .:clap :clap :clap :clap :clap

Upto 14th in the league with games in hand.

Game was quite equal, and could have gone either way. The pitch didn’t help, as it was quite a slippery surface, especially in front of the main stand. No question about the penalty, and we bossed the game once we went in front.

A really good 3 points, hard won, maybe not that pretty ! pitch was very difficult after a lot of overnight rain and the surface kept giving way and players not able to hold a grip ! The packed midfield was working hard but with no width from the Albion it was turgid stuff, Hednesford did have width and got in plenty of times but great defending and goalkeeping from Greg plus some poor finishing from the Pitmen left us with a clean sheet and the 3 pointsL Will Jones on as a sub should really have made it 2-0 blazing one over the stand and stumbling over the ball when through with keeper to beat. Up to 14th now which is so much better but as a fan of wing football I hate the packed midfield and we should either get at least one winger in or play wing backs with the squad we have currently. At least we can enjoy our Xmas dinner now UTA
