Do you know what Id like to see a historical list of all the Witton managers from say 1950. Wonder if Chad could do that whilst he’s sunning himself ? I bet there are a few that come out and surprise us
Just go to Northwich Library and look at the local press reports on microfilm for the last 100 years or so and you will find them all!!

I was being serious, it is easy to look them up if you have a day or two to spare!!
Seriously, I have been waiting for Chad to do a definitive history of the club for ages and if he doesn’t get on with it soon I might have to write it for him if I can find a year or two to study the local press from 1887 to date. (According to Paul Lavell our starting date was actually 1891.)
