I just think that there is something particularly insidious about the drugs trade and its effect on society particularly young people but at the end of the day it is your decision.

It may not be bad news.
It may be that there is further evidence or non-adherence to bail conditions to be considered which if correct might result in a longer sentence.

Delay in sentencing caused by a last minute change in instructed council, apparently. Rushe has been found guilty of conspiracy to supply class A drugs. and it was a sentencing hearing. I don’t quite understand what is going on here but of course Rushe insists he has done nothing wrong despite his pathetic “evidence” that he met up with his fellow guilty party as a prospective person to put money into the club WHICH HE IS NOT THE “OWNER” OF ANY MORE and he is a bancrupt (again I think at the moment). He has hoodwinked and right royally taken the mickey out of the FA, the whole of the football family in this country AND a small portion of the V*cs fans (poor souls) who remained “loyal”. He thinks this can go on, and on, and on, and I do sincerely hope that the law of this once great land will deal with him appropriately…SEND HIM DOWN!
Sentencing was postponed due to new counsel being instructed and will take place on Tuesday, 31st May.
I thought the man had been found guilty and that was it. I guess its only delaying the inevitable though…
