Are we not being wound up then Sgt Major, you said a winding up petition was being made against us 4 weeks ago and I cannot see any sign of this in the Gazette.
the first of three rental installments is due in a couple of weeks i believe. know we have received some money the other week for last seasons FA Cup run, which will pay off a large chunk of the installment and we have several new sponsors from businesses in town. so you will know either way Sgt Major in about two weeks if its been paid or not. nothing mysterious about it.

I’m really pleased to know that Vics have got some local business sponsorship, it’s about time.
Disappointed to see so many first team players leaving, especially Cookie but happy that they’ve been rewarded with higher level football next season, just goes to show what an amazing team we had last season.

The confusion may have arisen as NVFC does seem to have regular winding up orders against it, usually allayed at the very last minute by the money owed to HMRC being paid on the court day. Someone may have been assuming that another one was imminent as the players were being paid out in cash by Rushe, and another debt to HMRC may have been building up.

I can’t speak on behalf of all Wittoners but personally I don’t give a monkeys testicle who sponsors V*cs, 2012 Winsford or indeed anyone else other than the pride of Mid Cheshire, Witton Albion FC. Just my opinion, of course.
The post was deleted due to information received from a VERY reliable source that there was no truth in the statement whatsoever.
I’m gutted! I hope the club release the business names of the sponsors before the beginning of the season or it’ll give the impression they don’t exist and just another way of hiding money. About time Vics turned a leaf and became more financially transparent.

He is just a S-Stirer from 2012 pretending to be a Vics Fan. best ignore him, I don’t even know why 2012’s are even posting about Vics still when they have stated they want to distance themselves from Vics,
Colin, like many many people locally I suspect he is enjoying the discomfort of people like yourself and I suspect it will peak next week when your friend gets sent to jail.
Just keep your head down and accept you backed the wrong person and in the long term enough people may forget your attitudes and you might get accepted back into one of the local clubs.
It won’t happen quickly but that’s life and you have rather set yourself up for it but, if you think about it, when Vics go out of business or miles out of town you’ll have a big gap in your life.
Play it properly and you might even regain some of the friendships of the people who apparently looked after you and looked out for you all those years ago.
You talk some tripe, I’m more a Vic’s fan than you are, just because I speak my mind doesn’t make me any less a Vic’s than you.
With your attitude anyone would think you know every Vic’s fan by first name.
