LEAMINGTON APPLY THE BRAKES

After five promotions in eight years Leamington have axed Jason Cadden.A comfortable start in SPL,enjoying good attendances is still not good enough. It seems the football league virus of putting the boot in is filtering down into non-league.

An interesting fact to lighten the load- we played AP Leamington at the Central Ground,i think in a FA Trophy tie, early eighties. We may well have lost,0-2 or 3-4.

Another interesting fact to lighten the load- stopped overnight in Leamington, with my wife to watch Anastacia at nearby Warwick Castle a couple of years ago.Feisty little thing, just like my wife.

Good memory Mario!

Dear Mario with regards to your wife, I know! With regards to Leamington’s manager it’s a total disgrace they deserve nowt after that!! With regard to putting the boot in in the non-league sphere we should never have sacked Foghorn Gleghorn!!!

Fair play Marston M with regards to Nigel Gleghorn.Remember Danny Greystone whom he brought to the club.Great, natural footballer on his day.He scored a great goal against Radcliffe B,in the first minute at the Lostock End.I think that day there was a crowd of over 600.It was late on in the season and we had a sporting chance of making the playoffs.

Nigel now works for GMR ,as a commentator/sumariser,for the Man City revolution.

With reference to the Man City revolution-it will all end in tears.

Prefer the arabs to the yanks when it comes to money. Glazer is basically broke! If he goes bankrupt United will be in deep doo doo.

WHS.

… and in the four years since Glazer has owned Manchester United they have won the last three Premiership titles and won one European Cup an were semi-finalists in another. Oh, and a league cup and club world cup as well. The club also managed to make a £68 million profit on the sale of one player!

At 81 years of age his net worth has dropped to $2.2 billion. If that’s ‘broke’ then I would love to be in his position! Whilst his financing of United is questionable but the success speaks for itself and if he was to walk away from United there would be a queue of high net worth individuals queuing up to take his place.

WHS - Its a good job Churchill didn’t adopt your philosophy otherwise we’d all be speaking Wolfgang now.

YOU CAN’T TRUST AN ARAB - Look across t’cut for evidence!

If we spoke German perhaps we would have won more than one World Cup!! I hate United, always have, always will. City are THE team of Manchester, you have to live in Asia or Ireland to support United!!
