Sorry to change the topic away from 1874 but im sick to death of hearing from their idiotic fans on here
Looking forward to next season with the good form were in, once Carl gets a pre season in with a few new faces in it promises to be an exciting time.
Coming down from the NPL looks like being Ramsbottom, Colwyn Bay and either Hyde or Whitby and new teams coming up could be Bishop Auckland and Runcorn Linnets.
My only worry with the teams coming down could be that Witton and Vics could be pushed into the South division which would be awful!
Great topic Matt finally some good news! I just can’t wait to go the games next season and not have all the back biting and bullshit, that has gone on for to long now, I have been part of this I hold my hands up, but I just feel after the meeting Thursday that a massive line in the sand has been drawn, and there is definitely a feel good factor emerging, you could sense it in people on Saturday yes we have are issues with certain decisions but what I have realised, is that I am only damaging the club with negativity, I get people will say ‘your turning a blind eye’ etc but I am fully aware of what has/is happening, so what’s the choice pull away or pull together? I choose together so UP THE ALBION!!!
Great post Johny, only Wittoners can pull this club around and get it back up the leagues where it belongs ! we need all the good fans we have had to put the past behind us and move on, I know for some its not possible to get involved deeply with the club but even they can just watch the football enjoy and be involved with fellow supporters who have been friends for years. Lets give next season a real go on all fronts. UTA
Quite right CJ !! Progress requires hard work by everyone - both on and off the pitch without any distractions. So lets start now !!! If you don’t want to be part of it - just stay away and keep your opinions to yourself !!
Results have confirmed that Ramsbottom United & Colwyn Bay are both relegated from the Evo-Stik Premier Division. Two more to be decided. Then it’s a matter of where they are allocated next season.
Glossop are now confirmed in the Play offs, Burscough need a point to make sure. At the bottom, Harrogate Railway Athletic will be relegated if Ossett Town beat New Mills on Thursday night.
