the club has been on a downward journey for the last 18 months.pritch leaving, lack of money and divided supporters has’nt helped.only been to a hand full of games this season so cant really comment on the players i dont know but the players i know are better than their current form.i personnaly feel the managers job is too big for sully and as some of you have said he talks a good game but dont we all.so if the club wants to stay in this league act now,if their already resigned to relegation have a mass player clearout and start planning for next season.also why not ask the bigger earners of the club to take a pay cut and if they refuse it shows the money means more than the club.if i go every week or not and no matter what league we are in i will always witton cos it has given me so much pleasure in nearly 40 years.UTA.now all carry on and finish your roast dinners.
This downward spiral feels like inevitable relegation at the moment. I like Sully and the people round him but I think it would be better not to twitterate things like clearout needed or some should have a look at themselves as it can’t help matters or team morale.
This started for me with the pathetic debacle at Runcorn, someone suggested last night it was to do with a former player that for me was ridiculous thing to suggest and most unhelpful! SOMEBODY HELP US!!!
I agree wholeheartedly MM and twitter is most definitely not the place to air your dirty washing. We need experience and stability, we have neither. We cannot afford to be relegated. With a possible financial windfall just around the corner and the additional income from a groundshare deal I believe if at all possible the club needs to invest in the team now. Whether any possible investment is trusted in Sully is a question for the board. I personally believe we need an experienced man at the helm who has been there and done that before. It is a difficult situation but one which must be addressed now. The club is slowly ebbing away and we all need something to shout about…please
