Witton Albion have signed 6ft 2" central defender Kevy Tarangadzo & Goalkeeper Joseph Walker on first team forms. Tarangadzo is Congolese - born and trained with the Congo National Squad in 2011 and again in 2015. He has featured for the Witton Development Squad this season and was invited to train with the first team.
Joseph Walker is currently the Witton Albion Youth Team Goalkeeper who has impressed the Coaching team and has also trained with the First team squad.
Both players are expected to be included in the squad for tomorrow night’s Cheshire Senior Cup Tie at Barnton.
Witton have also signed Right Wing/Back or defensive midfielder Daniel Wuni on first team forms. He was previously at Liverpool between 2006 & 2009 before signing for Blackburn Rovers for a five figure sum. He left Blackburn in 2012 and has featured on a number of occasions for our Development Squad this season.
Norwegian Frederik Rise has also joined Witton for training for a week, after turning down the opportunity to join Norwegian giants Molde.
it would nice at this stage to sign a player who you say " thats a good signing " not who !!! especially when you consider Tames and Tola are loan players !
I received a message from Norway regarding the progress of Frederick Rise following a newspaper report, il try and upload the Newspaper report but as it’s in Norwegian i have no idea what it’s saying  http://EXAMPLE.com/media/kunena/attachments/1918/Screenshot_20170110-121955.png http://EXAMPLE.com/media/kunena/attachments/1918/Screenshot_20170110-121955.png
Matt, I knew my Teach Yourself Norwegian In 5 Minutes paperback would come in handy one day. The article is basically stating that Fredrik has turned down offers to sign for Liverpool and a Manchester club for the chance of playing at a foggy Wincham Park. Also his favourite pastime is urinating into a green and white pot. Hope this has helped.:silly:
