Think the Doc has summed up today’s performance pretty well. The officials were extremely biased to the home side, really hope there was an assecesor there today.
As for us plenty of work to be done and the level we need to aim at for next season. Consistency being the key, having 5 new players coming in (recent weeks) left us disjointed today. Really hope we go back to signing permanent players next season.
I totally agree Woody, whilst we have done really well with loans this season to keep doing it is disruptive and a gamble each time ! A team is bound to lose fluency with 5 new players in So I hope that like you next season we have a stable squad, with the odd 1 or 2 loans as required not a merry go round ! Then we might get the consistency to challenge for the title. UTA
Agree with all previous posts. Spenny too strong, officials too weak and Witton not at their best. Good thinking by Spennymoor to have a pitch that can double as a ski slope to increase revenue.
