Great result well done to all!!

Cracking win - hope Camerons injury isn’t as bad as first thought UTA

Magic!! See you all on Tuesday night.

Fantastic start to the season. Really looking forward to Tuesday to see the new look Witton team. Hope to see a big gate for our first home game, cos it looks as if Carl has got us a team to challenge for promotion. UTA

Great start to the season! Any update on Daltons injury? Hoping for a speedy recovery.

Cracking start…looking forward to my first home game!

Well done everyone !!!

Let us not get over excited, Hull beat the Premier League Champions yesterday too!! Funny old game football!!
WHS.

Nobody is is going over the top, a bit of confidence does no harm and I think we have a decent team, very sad though to lose Cameron to a broken leg because he looked pretty good in the few games we had seen him, I guess a broken leg will be 6 months out at this level which is awful-I hope everything goes as well as possible from here for the lad. I think if we are going to keep pushing we are going to have to sign a good replacement for him to Partner Rob Hopley. UTA

Read Albion Forever, I think he might be! Sad about the lad with the broken leg, go get Titch back!!
WHS.

Fantastic result well done to all. Gloss taken off somewhat by the very sad news regarding Cameron, lets hope he makes a full and speedy recovery. UTA

We don’t need titch he’s not the answer .he didn’t do much last year and the dressing room is now as one .Carl will sort it as he has proved Uta

Wow didn’t expect that, fantastic result and Hopley on the scoresheet. I think we all should be getting excited after a 3-1 away win and as for bring Titch back ha ha your a funny man Alan  Brilliant start to the season!

Titich was a class act until he got injured. Form may come and go but class lasts forever and I think Titch will come again just not at Witton it seems. Never heard that he was a problem in the dressing room?
WHS.

No one said he was a problem in dressing room he was injured last season but didn’t rip trees up the season before he has to have the desire and will to win and maybe he has lost that players come and go we want players 100% committed to the cause titch was good but maybe his heart wasn’t in it no more and the club moves on

“The dressing room is now as one” seemed to hint it was not when Titch was here. Happy to move on if we have someone better, but do we?

On the evidence of what I saw on Saturday the playing staff look very happy , the management have done a tremendous job over the summer . Its not just about 3pm on a Saturday . they have to get to know them as individuals and ofcourse the players have to gel. Look ,I know Its easy to be happy after a win , but I wish everyone would stop looking backwards comparing on what should have and would have been . lets get those turnstiles clicking get supporting this new bunch of lads , because the way they responded on Saturday after Cameron’s injury was top class. They were obviously all upset but stuck at it pushed on got another goal and did it for him. Its the commitment everyone wants and believe me it was evident on Saturday.

Regarding Titch he’s never been the player he was before joining Fleetwood, we all hoped he was going to find his old form and occasionally there were glimpses but all too often he was being carried by the rest of the team, his scoring record in the last 2 seasons was poor to say the least and yes he was injured time and time again but could Witton carry on paying him more than any other player and not getting value for money?
Look to the future we have a good squad and im sure Carl and his staff will be looking already to bring in a striker.
