All we need now a few training sessions to up to the game. At least there’s a few weeks before the game…oh wait

At the ground approx 6pm for the 7pm kick off please.

We might be stretched for kit, so anyone who can bring their own shorts and socks would be a bonus!

Could be a great end to a fantastic Witton Weekend!

Does it matter what colour shorts and socks?

RED!!

Just checking :stuck_out_tongue:

6pm at the ground please boys.

I there is any issue with the game due to rain i’ll let you know asap.

Anyone who wants to play who’s name isn’t on the list then feel free to come down anyway, we’ll try to fit everybody in.

Bring cash to cover referee etc.

Cheers.

As of 2pm today, game is ON.

No more rain expected, so shouldn’t be any issues.

Special thanks to Pritch by the way, who has cut and marked the pitch for us today!!

LEGEND!

How many clubs have a manager who would do that for them?

Just shows how much he cares not only about the club but about it’s fans.

Pritchard = LEGEND, enough said!

Any score?

Won 4-1

what a guy is that man pritch, he should be nominated for a knighthood at least. there just aren’t enough adjectives in the english dictionary to describe the man. he is a true legend of football not just witton. take a bow sir brian.

A clinical second half performance saw Witton lift the supporters trophy infront of a Wincham Park crowd counting Brian Pritchard amongst it’s numbers.

Adam Clarke rounded the keeper to make it one nil, before Runcorn restored parity just before the break.

A screamer of a strike from Jay Blinkhorn put Witton into a second half lead, before Scott Carter killed the game off with a third.

Andy Chadwick bagged his first goal at Wincham Park to put Witton out of sight.

A fantastic end to a special few days as a Witton fan.

I thought the team played very well and considering the Runcorn lads play together in a league we outplayed them, played in the right spirit and I enjoyesd it - but not as much as saturday

Well done Robbo, no bottling from your team tonight

Really enjoyed last night, I think the change at left back last 10mins really sealed the win for us Iam sure Pritch saw enough to give me a shout pre season  but seriously thanks to Robbo for organising it and there was definitely no bottling last night :woohoo:

Yeah just to add my thanks to Robbo. Got thrown in as an emergency right back but it was a privilege to wear the Albion colours. I don’t think Gards needs to be worried about his place next season though! Although to be fair following my introduction Runcorn failed to score and we got 2!!!

Seriously though was a good game, played in good spirits and the lads from Runcorn were good sports!

Everyone played a blinder last night especially the two centre halves.

Nice one Robbo and all the lads and thanks for the opportunity to get out on the pitch!
