I have been chatting to a mate of mine today who went to watch Witton last night and he was telling me that Jim Vince has had a phone call of one of our players asking what the wages are like there and if he would be interested in signing him, I wonder if it was the same player that has been talking to John Buckley…

Would we really want any vics players? To be honest if the wage bill is 8 grand a week they ain’t going to come to us. But the REAL point is do we want them? These same players have taken Vics to the bottom of the league so personally I don’t think I’d worry to much about them. If the lad Briscoe from Leek comes up though I’d snap their hands off he impressed me on Saturday.
