Never in doubt :silly: well until the 3rd one,. can someone sponsor some toilet rolls, this season is costing the club and the rainforest dearly.
Well done to the players and management ,as soon as we equalised there was going to be only one winner;
Cannot this Football club just have one season in mid table, a run in the fa cup,
and the brewery eventually sort out that Fn carling pump. About time we banned lager anyway, foreign crap. .argument
Ah football, the enigmatic game. i thought at half time that Whitby had contained our poor efforts with the windbehind us , and would probably stretch away and leave us floundering, but as has been stated, once we equalised, we ran the show. Should have been really comfortable but it’s still a great win. " 2 out of 3 of our nearest rivals lost today and next week is Skem, but then Droylesden…
Danny, Powell and Titch were all really good in the 2nd half, but a solid effort from all, full of running and belief. Doesn’t Titch score great goals! I just wish he’ed look happier. Smile mate, we love you.
Witton team:
Matt Cooper, Anthony Gardner, Alistair Brown, Ben Harrison, Rob Bodie, Martyn Jackson, Josh Hancock, Michael Powell, Scott Bakkor, Alex Titchiner, Danny Andrews.
Subs: Anthony Sheehan, Jon Dawson, Jonathan Breeze, Michael Moseley, Cliff Moyo.
players seemed more relaxed and agree with other posts it could’ve been 5 or 6 :lol:
Sounds like we played like we did last year. We need a win against Skem and Droylsden as the rest down at the bottom are beginning to “scrap” for survival, Barwell had a great win at Ashton and Buxton won too. But it is in our own hands, win games, we stay up, simple as that.

ONWARDS AND UPWARDS!! :clap
Big big win yesterday as was Tuesday. Looked great 2nd half should/could have had 4 or 5. Full of confidence going in to skem game UTA
If there has ever been a game of two halves then this was it Dreadful first half (granted the wind made it very tricky to play) but second half it was like watching Brazil at times. Took a couple of blood pressure tablets at half time caused by Coops rushing out when we were one down but he made a few good saves at crucial times so no harm done.
A panic button was installed at my flat a few weeks ago but i have managed to refrain myself from pressing it. We are much better than Frickley, Barwell etc, repeats of the fight and quality shown second half yesterday will see us safe I’m convinced. Will be happy with a point on tuesday and three next sat.
Thanks to Robbo and the barmy army for the half time entertainment. Someone will get that Casillas guy next time B)
an excellent 2nd half performance after a poor 1st half, but we usually do seem to play bettr against a strong wind. on this form we will certainly beat the drop, don’t forget we have games in hand and our fate is in our hands. if we continue to get the results that we are getting of late then we will be safe. one way we can help to ensure that this great club do not get relegated is to get to as many games as we can, home or away, and really shout, scream, sing and cheer the boys on. after all the players are certainly doing their bit, so why not us. let’s have a good following for the next 2 away games, and then a massive turnout for the game versus fc united. :clap :clap :clap :goal :goal :goal

Hahahaha!! It was very tiring and stressful, but i’m glad you were entertained!!
