If we could afford it what type of new player do you think we need at Witton ? for me I have changed my view a little, early in the season id have said a winger with real pace ~( and id still take one ) now however imo we are really missing Liam Newman to provide a focus and foil for Titch so for me it would be a third striker who can lead the line win a few headers and score 15-20 goals a season - who and where we get him is another issue, in the past we have as fans chipped in and almost sponsored another player, could we do it again and give pritch that little bit of extra resource to the end of the season say 20-30 fans @ £5 a week to the end of the season ? might make all the difference.

Without wishing to pour water on what is fundamentally a good idea, the vehicle for this principal has been in place over the last 5 seasons when the Development Fund was set up. It has been primarily augmenting the playing budget in that period.
As well as the fund raising such as Predictions,Functions we have a number of people who have been donating or paying in to the fund by DD over a number of years(Again grateful thanks to them)
This in turn goes directly to the club, YOU are currently contributing £200 per wk towards the playing budget We would love to increase the amount we contribute, but believe me £200 EVERY week takes some finding!
