Witton are next in action on Saturday when we welcome North West Counties Premier Division Nelson in the Emirates FA Challenge Cup Preliminary Round for a 3pm kick off.
Well beaten by a better side who murdered our 4 3 3 style with pace down the flanks and over lapping full backs.
Overall they wanted it more and were a yard quicker than us. 2 home games 7 goals conceded!
We need to tighten that defence up asap whether that be the shape or personel it just isn’t working for us!
We really need Cook and Sotona back at full backs get Hamman back into midfield for his energy alone and maybe revert back to Ebhote and Bembo-Leta at centre back, It worked last season.
