I would just like to thank Witton for the experience of playing the big teams in the Big League.
We dog and Duck teams know our place and have benefited mightily from playing a more professional team at a higher league.
Sunday League will never be the same again!

Witton ‘big team’ Albion 0 v Dog and duck Sunday league team 3!
Now we have history!! mooney
Bless ya. Something to tell ya grandkids about.
Typical Witton - given the opportunity to give long-suffering supporters some consolation at the end of a dreadful season, they put on a show that was arguably the most spineless and gutless for a long time, and there’s been plenty of competition for that accolade! Once again, we’re a laughing stock. It’s about time the club realised that supporters are paying customers, who have a choice - and my choice on Saturday will be something else.
Your kidding!!, can’t get him off that f**king computer game!!
Btw, bad sportsmanship from the knob on the tractor after the final whistle…Ho sorry, you’d all left long before then!! nono .
Well done '74, we were very very poor and deserved what we got, nowt!
He always does that, but you’re right I was home for the last ten minutes of the spurs game
0-3 to the dog and duck!!
Woohoo!! Tell you what, don’t celebrate by going out on the piss or going home and giving the Mrs one. Just spend the rest of the night on our forum!
Less said about tonight the better. We need to move on quickly!
It would be easy for me to revert to type and moan but the result and performance spoke for themselves.
Let’s just get this season done and move on

The Tractor goes on the pitch after every match, did you not notice that when you were a Vics fan for a couple of games.

A. All other games the players have left the pitch straight away not celebrating a glorious cup win!
B. There was still a “REAL” crowd celebrating not the fictitious one you make up each week! (Yes I’ve been there seen it!)
C. I too was soft soaped into coming Back by an old friend, and look how quickly I realised that mistake. Pity you don’t get to specsavers and change those glasses so you can see what’s going on!
D. And what the hell was that video of you trying to do??!..you looked like a beached whale trying get back to the water…or was it just a show get your pat on the head off Jim??..enjoy that, you won’t be getting another for a looooooooog time lol!
Gotta go, still celebrating mooney
Sorry, couldn’t reply straight away…was out on the piss celebrating!

The two early goals certainly knocked the stuffing out of you. As it was, I felt that we needed that 3rd goal as if you had made it 2-1, it would have been a very nervy finish.
No sour grapes from me Congrats to 1874 much the better team on the night. I’m sure if you can make several additions to your team then you’ll be up there for promotion next time. I’ve always respected the people who run your club and will continue to do so even though I hope we can beat you next time we meet. I only have an axe to grind with the other northwich vics not you lot.
As for us I’ve never ever seen a more spineless display than Saturday, and last night our wheels seem to have dropped off since the great display against Trafford and it seems to me to be down to complacency and motivational issues (Rob Hopley exempted from this always gives everything). Carl and Co deserve a full pre season to get things right as they’ve done well but clearly we need around 6 or 7 players if we are to compete. While realising we have a budget and need to stay within our means other teams like Ashton United and Trafford seem to punch above their weight while we struggle. We need stabilty and Carl and Co need to bring in a left back, 2 Centre backs, 2 midfielders, a good wide player, another striker, and possibly a goalkeeper if Danny Roberts shoulder injury can’t be sorted.
We need to really do something other wise gates will continue to decline after 3 seasons of disaster on the playing side. The present team have let us down over the last 2 games and all our volunteers and our board and us fans deserve better its simply not good enough. Hopefully as I say Carl and Co will have the chance now to dispose of the players they don’t want and bring in those he thinks will improve us. I’m sure he and Mr Martingdale will give it their best shot here’s hoping anyway. UTA hopefully onward and upward!!
YOU ARE SPOT ON MONA,
SOMETHING HAS GONE WRONG SOMEWHERE IT,S DOWN TO CARL AND GARY TO SORT IT OUT.
PS WE HAD A GOOD WIDE PLAYER WHO WAS NEVER GIVEN A CHANCE, OTHER THAN AT LEFT BACK
HOPEFULLY WHEN WE GET THE BUDGET FOR NEXT SEASON HE CAN BE BROUGHT BACK
