Good game on a warm afternoon. Difficult to draw conclusions amid all the changes, but we were competitive. Too soon to be optimistic? Well its starts for real next week so we will soon find out.
A very good pre-season friendly, fast and competitive the midfield were very mobile and played some nice stuff Bauress has a wicked left peg on him for free kicks and distance strikes, the strikers look a real pair and quite a handful for defenders, with Roberts,Gards and Wilson back we should be a bit tighter defensively conceding 3 goals of headers was a concern but again we were not at full strength and we will be better come saturday at Stamford. So I am quite optimistic but as said lets wait and see until it is our league and its kicks of for real. UTA
