not sure where all this nonsense about a pitch inspection came from (sorry wheels! I don’t think this was down to you) but we need to make sure that if there is ANY doubt about a game its validated before being posted on here !
I was advised of a Precautionary Pitch Inspection for 1pm but that’s all it was. The pitch was fine as far as the club were concerned and I don’t think there was ever any danger of it being called off. But as that was the information I was given, I thought it best to put everyone in the picture.
