hi,wittoners my name is David Andrew the head goalkeeping coach of Witton albion fc and first of all i like to thank everyone who have made me feel every welcome since joining the football club.Just a few lines to you all in regarding my aims as head goalkeeping coach,first is to focus on the 1st choice keepers to develope and improve them.Demanding quality,good work ethics,attitude and to be bright and alive.Second is to develope up and coming keepers with the 2nd team and youth team and finally with the junior keepers we have at the football club.AS regarding to Matt cooper a lad who in my opinon one of the most professional goalkeepers ive work with,who continues to work hard and focus on all aspects of his game.AS to future keepers such as Jake Radcliffe,Liam Mchugh and callum spencer to name a few they MUST coninue listen,work hard and demand more from themselfs and ME.

I think the biggest complement I can make it to simply say how much improved coops is since you have been coaching him, he was always a good keeper but a touch error prone and some decisions were a bit rash at times , but he now ranks as a very very good goalkeeper who is a complete all round keeper not just a shot stopper, that is not easy to achieve it does take hard work and commitment and you both deserve praise for the improvement, keep up the brilliant work, i hope youve got the next generation coming along too.
