Wasn’t at the game so only have the ‘highlights’ footage to go off, penalty soft but a little unlucky, the guy came in from his blindside so it looked clumsy, second goal - great strike, 3rd goal - great free kick/strike, The positive being that they were all
As big a worry is the fact that our goal and best link up play came from a player who is now leaving.
Two away games against top and third and it truly is a baptism of fire for the new manager, BUT he will know within another week exactly what character the squad that is left has and I hope he has the contacts and knowhow to pull them together QUICKLY.
At the moment this season has a horrible deja vu feel to it unfortunately like the Ray Ranson season!

It strikes me that edited highlights conceal as much as they reveal. The penalty was soft, but no complaints from me. Their 2nd could have been prevented earlier, but the shot was terrific and he was off balance as well. I screamed and shouted at our new player when he conceded that foul for their 3rd ( another great strike), but actually he was unlucky to get penalized, I feel.
However, to anyone who wasn’t there - I thought we were bloody awful in the 2nd half - no guts, pattern or passion, just like the last few defeats. As has been said, we really need a captain. Ability is there, but no GUTS!!
