Absolutely no offence was intended by my post on JAP’s thread! JAP’s post for the winter ball was in a “jocular” style and I responded similarly! I don’t apologise for what I put but I do for causing offence to anyone, as I did not mean that! I hope the event is a great success and many thanks to anyone involved in it!!
You should not feel the need to apologise MM.
It is important that any fundraising event is advertised and well supported.Especially since the likes of Jim do more than their fair share of good work on behalf of this club.
However an infusion of humour (especially when it is “benign” as CS stated) should not be criticised.
