Adam Moseley, son of Albion legend Mike is now officially a Wigan Athletic player following a successful trial with the League One club.

Having joined the Latics on trial from Runcorn Linnets, Adam scored 17 goals in 13 appearances for their U21’s Academy team.

He made 96 appearances for Linnets, scoring 20 goals including a hat-trick in the Cheshire Senior Cup Final in 2025, having come through their Academy system.

Was named as an unused substitute for Wigan Athletic’s Emirates FA Challenge Cup tie against Preston North End at Deepdale last Friday night.

Scored both goals for Latics U21’s in their 2-0 win against Hull City on Tuesday afternoon, taking his goals tally to 26, making him the leading goalscorer in the U21’s Development League.
