AFC Knowsley U21's vs Witton Albion U21's Development Squad.

Witton’s U21’s Development Squad are in action again on Sunday afternoon when they travel to AFC Knowsley in a North West U21’s Development League Premier Division fixture.

The Merseyside club are currently seventh in the table and face a Witton side still searching for their first points following a run of eight successive league games without a win.

AFC Knowsley have found a bit of form in the last few games and are hoping to make it three wins in a row following home victories against Ramsbottom United and Winstanley Warriors respectively.

Albion continue to work hard as they look to halt the disappointing run but they are finding the league tough and mistakes so often get punished by stronger and fitter teams.

Kick off at The Lord Derby Memorial Playing Fields is 2pm.

Good performance from the Albion side which included some new additions to the squad but AFC Knowsley U21’s goalkeeper performed heroically in order to prevent Witton taking anything from the game.
