Albion v Nantwich

Team: Cooper (GK), Gardner, Ben Harrison, Booth, Wood, Jamie Harrison, Shaw, James, Hancock, Tuck and Foster.

1 up!
Brilliant finish by Foster apparently!!

Brilliant finish by foster, best goal I’ve seen this season, first touch was as impressive, if we had him playing up front with twitch last season we would have won the league

Always going to be red card with the prat Smallwood reffing, a draw was a faiir result witton looked a bit rusty and faded second half, could not see really what happened with there second goal looked a bad keeper error from the side, missed Sheehan n Andrews energy as well IMO. We do struggle to keep a clear sheet which is a worry, lovely goal from foster real quality and unlucky to be sent off as well.

I thought we were the better side but I’m not too downbeat about the result. We looked to tire in the second-half and struggled to retain possession at times.

Congratulations to Josh Hancock on his 100th appearance, I thought he played well today and showed what he is capable of a number of times.

I have to say, I thought the decision to send Foster off was correct. Although I don’t think it was malicious, he was off the ground with both feet raised. Certainly a foolish tackle especially when their player appeared to be going nowhere. That said, his booking in the first-half was never a yellow!

Great goal though from Fozzie, probably the best we’ve seen all season, an incredible strike.

I suppose the main thing is… 40 POINTS.
We are staying up, say we are staying up! :clap :clap

Gifted them a couple of goals, but really worked hard for ours.

Never a booking for Fozzie first half, but the second one most certainly was.

2 feet off the ground, scissor kick. Similar in some ways to Kompany v United last season.

A Premier League class official may have issued a straight red.

These things happen though, especially in conditions such as today.

Lets be honest, we should have won that today. We were unfortunate to hit the woodwork twice and it was 2 points lost in my opinion, but that’s football I guess

Fozzie will be missed whenever he is banned (first booking wrong, second one correct)

Excellent attendance and echo the congrats to Josh Hancock, hopefully he will be with the club for years to come. On his day Josh is a great player and he was very unlucky not to get on the scoresheet today.

Well done to all involved in getting the pitch ready for todays game.

Great game yesterday, real advert for non-league football.Thought both teams at times played really well and thought that Nantwich had 2-3 very nice footballers. Shame we couldn’t have nicked the 3 points but thought a draw was probably a fair result. Encouraging to see Fallon back in action for the first time in a while, coming on for the ineffctive Harrison. Also thought the new forward showed some nice touches off the bench too.
