Well the excitement continues and on a proper football pitch too !! do we have reserve keeper I understand coops is missing this one ? i suspect team will be the same as warrington with olly james on with sheehan in centre, any news on Clampett is he fit, I will will go with a 3-1 win for the albs.
Not heard anything about our injured players as yet, other than that Liam has trained.
I hope that Carl Clampitt, Jamie Harrison, Liam Newsham and Olly James are available for selection soon.
We did sign 4 players on non-contact forms last week as extra cover:
Luke Watkin, Sam Burgess, Jack Woolley and keeper Saul Lomax-Newton.
I think Sheens is suspended?
Anthony Sheehan is suspended
Just had a look at Trafford’s history and couldn’t believe they were formed in 1990
To be fair when we played at Trafford earlier in the season I thought they were quite good. We were a bit fortunate to win but we did. Certainly they are not a team to be underestimated. They had a good result against Curzon so I think we will be in for a difficult afternoon and will have to be on good form.SBL
Who will be in goal? Pritch?
WHS.
WHS if you read the thread it looks like saul lomax-newton who we have just signed, think he is only 19 so its a gamble if he plays imo id prefer an experienced pro for a 1 game loan but hey ho it is what it is no shehan either so we may be struggling in this one ?
I did read the thread but I though we might go for an “Old Pro” only kidding about Pritch. Anyway I wish the young lad well, if he does as well as our other youngsters he will do for me.

Getting excited now, a win tomorrow will set the season alight again.

I was told last night we have signed a goalkeeper from Macclesfield, things are a bit blurred this morning so I can’t remember his name - seems we are building a good working relationship with Macc.
Now THAT makes a lot of sense. How about we all put a fiver in the “Thermometer” to help pay for him?
