I remember being at that Midweek game up in Colne. Didn’t we get beat 3-2 and for some reason I remember Paul Higginbottom getting at least 1 if not a brace??

We were indeed on the wrong end of a 5 goal thriller on a miserable cold Tuesday evening up in central Lancashire. ( I too was there but cannot remember a lot about it apart from it were bloody freezing!)
