Arabs

Our friends from across the canal are on the look-out for a new manager - The Southern Dwarf has resigned this morning - shame.

The Snake may be available soon !!

THE END IS NIGH!!
WHS.

WHS, You’ve been saying that for the last 2 years :stuck_out_tongue:

I think WHS is V**s’ Grim Reaper !

Left Pegger. If you keep saying something long enough it’s bound to happen eventually. I said I would win an individual bowls tournament and I did, just took me 45 years to do it!! Still got my money on Vics going “Belly-up” soon.
WHS.

Only 479 bothered to attend Vics’ ‘triumphant return’ to the VS last night.

After being homeless since the turn of the year, you would have thought they would turn up in the droves to celebrate.

The missing hundreds were all watching the Champions of the World on tvB)

Just shows how fickle supporters can be though - they will not survive long on gates of 479. Wonder how many we would get on a Tues night given we were in their situation ? 120 maybe ?

Exactly my point 2 weeks ago Eli - Are you having a mid-late life crisis now;)

It really seems that the public of Mid Cheshire are less and less interested in non-league football.

I was stunned by the gate at the stadium of half complete - Thought they’d have a thousand on, am guessing Kettering would have brought 50 ish as well.

If we were in their position Eli? In the Blue Square Prem and returning home after being locked out of our Stadium for 2 months? I’d expect us to at least get higher than about 55% of our average attendance - which is what they got last night.

Some the Arabs supporters have obviously found something else to do while not being able to attend home games and it is very hard to tempt them back again. You mentioned in a previous post about " merging " Andy - well if that came about I for one would rather watch Barnton or Middlewich.

Did u know that on this very day 25th Feb 1964 Cassius Clay defeated Sonny Liston to become Heavyweight Champion of the World in his first title fight held in Miami Beach Florida.

Yes i knew!

You’re not the only one there! A merger is the last thing i would want to see, so much so i wouldn’t watch them again if they merged.

Believe “Dads Army” are guarding the Stadium of Sh*te in case The Conman makes a visit during the night.

With regard to the idea of a merger, exactly what would we be merging with? They have no ground, no manager, their chairman obviously has no money as he needs a loan and other investors to have any chance of buying the ground, and they owe at least a quarter of a million to various creditors. It would be like merging with “smoke” all show and no substance.
WHS,
