Please read the posts on the 1874 forum with more care - it clearly states that 750 is the NBV, and subsequent posts relate this to the putative market value and raise issues which will affect this.
Again, a case perhaps of selective reading and maybe even dubious interpretation of the facts staring everyone in the face.

Also hearing rumours of them and an agreed 5 year deal to ground-share with Winsford and that they will invest money in the pitch and ground to stay there !
