Witton did have their moments but all too briefly, a penalty not given when Nathan Pond tripped Isaac Baldwin.

Rob Hopley’s header somehow being blocked by Nathan Pond.

To be honest, 2 poor sides not much in it apart from Bamber were much more physical and able to score goals, We had a couple of half chances and a real good one for Jones who should have scored off a really good cross but failed to meet the header which looked easier to head than miss?

When you have your best striker and best midfielder at centre halves You know it’s going to be a struggle and so it proved our football looked aimless no width, no pace and it felt like we have accepted going down.
