Very dissapointing, BB did a decent job on us but 2-0 flattered them 3 or 4 chances 2 goals but of course our mistakes cost us the goals. Full back caught square beaten too easily for the first, a bad pass back and a bad keeper clearance cost us the second goal! We huffed and puffed but wasted our chances, poor shots, bad headers really poor free kicks near goal - sorry but need a new free kick specialist. A lack of pace up front and on the wings did nothing to help our cause in opening them up either. We have a glut of central midfielders but few (if any) wingers and a lack of goal scorers. Amongst the fans it seems obvious that we should use our wing backs with 3 central midfielders and two strikers and we need a striker with pace (second look at Brewster today but too early to tell if he is the answer), who can at least threaten defences. Today BB played us well with a very competive midfield denying us space to play and once 2-0 up it was always uphill. We can play better and will but surely we do need to make some changes to our squad and or system. Our MOM River Humphreys IMO.
