A good win, but is it a good result?
Just hope that the red & yellow cards, and the injury list was nil!
How can a win not be a good result? Confidence is high. This was very much a second string team but it still won and the lads got experience, what can be wrong with that? Having said that the football was poor, the condition of the pitch was awful and the wind bloody freezing!!

Who have we got in the next round and how many clubs are left in? 1874 at home would be nice!!

Yes no injuries other than ryan hickman got a knock and only williams booked on the night, so an ok win without hassle for saturday expected more from Barnton, poor conditions poor pitch and pretty poor game reall but a wins a win UTA.
A wretched night weather wise to be playing or watching football. We started brightly and had Barnton on the back foot, two goals to the good and no problems. The turning point was when the number three defender who had a presence about him and looked assured was taken off (may have been injured?), The second half was pretty forgettable from our point of view but we hung on and even scored again after Barnton had got one back and were pressing. Beginning to warm up now!
Don’t think the next round has been drawn yet and there are still games to be played next week.
Ridiculously cold night, 2 pairs of socks on and i still couldn’t feel my feet by half time!!
First half was better than the 2nd quality wise but the pitch was awful and with a freezing wind it was never going to be pretty.
Some awful challenges from Barnton that would of seen a flurry of cards from a more strict referee and unusual to hear the officials getting swore at constantly from the home players which at our level would certainly be clamped down on!
Overall a good win in horrible conditions
