Witton’s U21’s Development Squad are in action on Thursday night when the play neighbours Barnton FC in a friendly fixture. The game is another opportunity for the team to get some game time against another higher-ranked opposition. The U21’s have been in excellent form in recent weeks and have performed so well in previous friendlies against Robbie Fowler’s Academy from Liverpool and also in two encounters with Sandbach United, where they came through the three games unbeaten - winning once and two draws. As the season is now reaching its conclusion Albion can go into the game with confidence and hopefully continue their progress into next season. Kick off at Townfield is 7pm.
