From Barrow’s web site
Barrow boss Paul Cox has made his second addition to the squad with the capture of prolific midfield goal scorer Bradley Bauress.
Bradley Bauress, a left sided midfielder with the versatility to play in an attacking or defensive role, joins the Bluebirds from Witton Albion.
Bauress, 21, is a former youth player at Blackburn Rovers, becoming a regular in their U21 side and making over 50 appearances in all competitions, eventually becoming U21 captain. Following a spell at Colwyn Bay, he moved to Witton Albion at the start of last season. A very impressive season for the Chesire side saw him net 27 goals, including two goals against fellow National League side Chester FC in the FA Trophy.
Barrow Chief Scout, Paul Ogden explained that the club beat off interest from several other club to land Bauress on a one year contract.
For a glimpse of what he is capable of, you can see him in action, scoring Pitcheros goal of the week just last month on the following link: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vDFCIHSDH1o
I suppose it was inevitable, we just have to be grateful to the lad for helping us get into the Premier League.

What a season Brad had last year and we were privileged to enjoy it good luck to him and again thanks for last season UTA
Good luck to Brad I shook his hand and thanked him out on the pitch after the playoff final. It was a real pleasure to see him do so well for us and I’m sure we all knew he was more than capable of stepping back up to the professional ranks!
Our attitude to young players means they are happy to join us knowing we will never stand in their way if they can further their career.
not surprised . Good luck Brad, thanks for everything you did for WAFC last season.:clap
