Witton’s Academy team are in action again on Thursday when they travel to Brighouse Town in their first away game in the ESP Football Academy Northern Division.
Following a 2-2 draw in their opening game of the season, Witton have suffered back to back defeats to Skelmersdale United and more recently, Mickleover so will be looking to improve on that in what will prove to be a difficult test.
Second placed Brighouse have begun the season well, having won each of their first three games so far but trail league leaders Runcorn Linnets only on goal difference and will be looking to continue their impressive start to the season.
Kick off at The YorkshirePayments Stadium is 12pm.
