Excellent !! Well done all

Well done lads.

Great result keep it going lads

Very nice 3pts well done boys.

A couple of others I’ve heard.

Fylde v Chorley finishes 0-0

Fylde miss second half penalty

Chester 2-0 Garforth
Wakefield 2-0 Lancaster

Chester didn’t have it all their own way their keeper pulled off 2 fantastic saves with the score at 1-0

A very good win against a typical Cammell side.
Everyone contributed well and Stott was provider yet again with another driving run and pull back, this time for Macca to pick his spot nicely.
There was one of those unbelievable reffing decisions today.
Their ginger centre back was skinned by Stott so he then proceded to maliciously take out Ashley.
The numerous Wittoners near the incident would not have been surprised if a straight red had been shown but the ref didn’t even give a free kick.
I was about as near as the ref and I could tell that the no 5 was trying to injure Stott.
Why this ref saw it his way defies belief but there’s something wrong when a poor player aims to injure a better opponent and it’s even worse when the person meant to be controlling matters is so inept.

This game was a nail biter. After taking the lead, the weather changed, and a very strong wind blew up from nowhere.

It had a nice effect of blowing the storm clouds away, but also gave the home team a strong advantage in enabling them to pressurise us for the last 20 mins.

For me, the Men of the Match where Ben Harrison and Ian Kearney for the way they dealt with this non-stop pressure, and how they hung on for this important win!

Sounds like a hard fought for win - great result lads, lets keep the momentum going and with 3 home games coming up lets stay at the right end of the table.

Up the Albs!

Ben Harrison was my MOM.For such a young lad to put in such a performance away at Lairds deserves special praise.Scott Moffat also played very well.Infact every player played their part.
