a) In All Rounds up to and including the Semi-Final ties these shall be played on a one-leg basis and shall be
played on the ground of the first drawn Club. If the game is a draw after 90 minutes, extra time of 15 minutes
each way shall be played, and if still a draw after extra time, the game shall be decided by the taking of penalty
kicks to obtain a result as agreed by the International Board on 27 June 1970
