It was January 25th at Fylde since the Albs failed to score in a league match. Case of unlucky 13 this evening then

Played so well tonight to get nothing. They were terrible, only one team playing any football. Heads held high after that despite the defeat.

Just arrived home and disappointed to come away with nothing, first half saw Witton dominate possession against a Chorley side who created very little, Coops made a great save early in the 2nd half from a 1 on 1 situation yet moments later we almost took the lead in a 6 yard box scramble which saw the ball cleared off the line!
Chorley scored with 12 minutes left and claimed a victory even there own fans said they didn’t deserve.
As the Steward said you would think Witton were top of the league and Chorley were bottom but we left empty handed and now look to Saturday for precious points to keep us out of the relegation zone
