Yesterday saw Laird with a few Tranmere youngsters.
I’d like to see Witton establish some links with our Cheshire neightbours. Especially in times when the squad is short it would be a real bonus if we could get a player or two from Crewe or Macc. We had decent links with Crewe under V*nce and surely Nige Deeley has a decent relationship with a few bigger clubs.
Just an idea.
