This is an interview done this week by a local reporter with both Mr Mike Connett and Mr Mike Worthington discussing the towns football teams.
Reporter: ‘So, Mr Connett, obviously not the best start. What are your hopes for the remainder of the season?’
Mr Connett: ‘Hopefully with a bit more luck we can pick up a few points, avoid relegation, and stay in the Conference National next season’.
Reporter: ‘Well, thats the view from the Vics chairman, now, Mr Worthington, what about the Albion’s chances this season?’
Mr Worthington: ‘I reckon we’ll have the league won by Christmas, win every competition we enter and win the FA Trophy in front of fifty odd thousand at Wembley in May’.
Reporter: ‘Er,dont you think you’re exaggerating a bit there?’
Mr Worthington: ‘Yeah, well, Connett started it!!’
