Witton make the short trip to Crewe Alexandra on Tuesday night as they take on the League One strugglers in the Preliminary Round of the Cheshire Senior Cup. The Railwaymen have usually used this competition to field a mixture of youth and experience but still provide formidable opponents, because of their well established academy system. Kick off at The Alexandra Stadium is 7.45pm and should the game be level at the end of 90 minutes, the tie will go to extra time and possibly penalties.
