Ouch! SBL

And what pray are these organizations etc doing about it? - or rather what can they do?

Seems to me most strange that no real pressure has been applied by them to recover what they are owed by these lizards

If that list is accurate, then how on Earth could Rushe claim ignorance about the non-payment of the CVA? He appears on it as himself, and then his company Northwich Victoria Developments Ltd does too.

How the FA can allow him to still run a football club is beyond me.

Joke, joke and more joke. Imagine if you or I owed that much to HMRC - our feet wouldn’t touch the ground!

Oh yes, and I bet all you local Council Tax payers are really chuffed with:
Cheshire Constabulary - £1,332.89
Cheshire West & Chester - £13,458.75

Guess where your monthly Direct Debit is going?

Shame on NVFC - again!

And £5800 owed to a school.
More shame on you.

Generally disgusting. Shouldn’t be allowed to happen.

But hey, we pay our dues and look where it’s on the verge of getting us.

It’s a harsh lesson to those Vics fans that were happy to ignore it whilst they were winning games.

Meanwhile we have been quietly going about our business - but we’re starting to shout a bit louder now!

Remember this feeling, because in football it rarely gets much better than this.

(I do think we should put this topic to bed now, let them wallow in the mire while we focus on Saturday).

I concur with that sentiment Robbo, but just done a quick check of the maths - the actual sum of those debts is not £1,269,473.42 as stated, someone added it up incorrectly. Assuming the list of individual creditors is correct, the actual figure is £1,484,383.42!

Still, what does an extra couple of hundred thousand owing to creditors mean to Mr. Rushe? He quite clearly never had any intention of paying the debts anyway.

So that’s nearly one and a half million documented debt, and no doubt over the past couple of years he will have racked up another significant figure to add to that.

Obscene!

James Rushe - £325,000
Nick Bone - £325,000
Northwich Victoria Developments Ltd - £89,000
Northwich Victoria Supporters Group - £195,000

Good grief, old Basil B Rushe owes himself and his mates nine hundered and thirty thousand pounds!

Dont forget these are the utterly shocking debts of the CVA, as sure as eggs are eggs there will be a damn site more now! Nothing whatsoever has been paid here (obviously aside from players wages) the trust even paid some sizeable football creditors for Basil so that they could enter the FA cup. Were the F.A unaware of this when they mitigated then Evosticks punishment??

According to Simmo on twitter there will be statements soon from Dave Hewitt of Thor and Gary Pettit.

Former @NorthwichVicsFC administrator Gary Pettit has contacted me to say he wishes to respond to Jim Rushe’s interview from yesterday.

He might also want to comment on Mr Mcnumpty insinuating that the administrator has acted fraudulently!

Without prejudice.

Just to clarify under a username of “Northwich Victoria News” on a public forum Mr Mcnumpty posted “if I were you I would look more to what would happen if after all the truth about the CVA and it’s administrator who earned £50k when creditors didn’t get paid came out”
