Witton Albion football club announce with great sadness the passing of long serving volunteer Denis Conneely.
Over recent years he played a vital role in hosting home and away directors and guests of the club in the boardroom.
A true gentleman who will be greatly missed by everyone.
Our thoughts are with Denis’ family at this sad time.

Details for Denis Conneely’s funeral have now been confirmed.
The service will be held at St Wilfrid’s RC Church on WEDNESDAY, 23rd JULY at 2pm.
This will be followed by a short service at Vale Royal Crematorium.
Refreshments will be available at Witton Albion Social Club where people are invited to celebrate Denis’s life.
