Easyfundraising

Every little helps!! That’s £474.62 for this quarter.
bugger seems i clicked on paddy power games not casino
Oh well you’ll just have to put a tenner in the casino as well now

This appears one of the easiest schemes ever to raise money for the club. Any update on how many have joined and is a e mail shot not worth doing to promote it?

I’ve signed up to it but I can’t get on Paddy Power via Easy Fundraising. It actually mentions the £45 donation but also says:

Top Deals with Paddy Power Casino

Sorry, there are no active deals for Paddy Power Casino at this time. Why not have a look at our other deals!

AM I supposed to login to Paddy Power from a fresh window? How will it know ive gone through Easy Fundraising?

You have to go through easyfundraising, if it says that probably means that the paddy power casino offer has finished.

For this quarter £519.62 raised so far.

Think 8 or 9 did the casino offer and a couple more did the games offer.

Ok just checked its going!

When you go through easyfundraising and click on paddy power casino. When it opens up click on the green box which says go shopping. This will take you to paddy power and recognise you’ve come through easyfundraising deposit £10 and witton get £45

Cheers Woody, I was using Firefox, it works fine with Chrome now. But it wont accept my card. There’s definitely money in there!

No problem mate. The free donation pages are also worth a look.

I am an absolute technophobe and sceptical about all things online-banking etc. BUT this is so easy and following TT’s Instructions the club has now made another £45.

As CS says it is one of the easiest ways to make money for YOUR club ever. Can whoever does the FB or Twitter pages get it out there and publicised please-it could be the funds we need to maintain our play off push!

Glad to see everyone is getting on board with this! As said above it really could be the difference between a player here or there and even the difference between 5th and 6th come end of the season

Just done it myself, only takes a few minutes and another £45 to The Albs

Turns out i’ve had my card skimmed which is why it wouldn’t accept my card! Must’ve been around Northwich so be aware!

Will do this when I get my new card

Any idea where?

Just seen that new V*** have seen this and copied us. Come on everyone we have to beat them on this it’s our idea!!!

Thanks Woody, this time I did it right. (I think!) Moo :clap kie, had my card cloned too, they replaced it but would not say where it happened as it would probably mean I would not go there again!
WHS.

A little last minute I know but would it possible to print out a small Flyer with the instructions as to how to do this and hand out to every wittoner that goes through the turnstile on Saturday? Also maybe get some posters made up for around the tea hut and social club? Or even dedicate a page in the programme to it?

Whilst I appreciate not everyone will be receptive it would be great if as many people as possible signed up and got their partner to sign up too.

We must still only be about 10 down on our target of 100 and now that the new v*** have picked up on this it would be a kick in the teeth if they made this work better than us.

£10 spent = £45 for the Albs. It’s a no brainer!!

There are plenty of other things on there to make money too. The cheapest home insurance quote I got when it came to renewing was Aviva. I did this through easyfundraising and got another £30 for the Albs too, easy!

Already onto it Dave. I have produced a flyer and some were handed out last night. Printing more off for tomorrow:-
[b]EASYFUNDRAISING FOR WITTON ALBION F.C.
WHAT IS IT?

This is an easy way to raise funds for your football club, especially if you are like many other people who like to browse the internet and buy things online as town centre shops disappear.
There are now many thousand retailers who sell their goods online, and sometimes deliver them free. They are all fighting for your custom. Many/most of these retailers are linking themselves to good causes to attract your custom. A website has been created called EASYFUNDRAISING, which helps these retailers donate money to good causes as a thank you for your custom. For instance, if you buy something at Amazon, they will donate 2.5% of what you spend to a good cause of your choice…it’s not called easyfundraising for nothing.
HOW DOES IT WORK?

Over 2000 major retailers have agreed to give donations to a good cause as a thank you for your custom by registering themselves to Easyfundraising.
All you need to do is go to the Easyfundraising website and register your email address for your ‘good cause’. Part of the registration process will ask you to search for a good cause of your choice. You need to select Witton Albion as your ‘good cause’.
Once registered, you can start raising funds every time you shop online. The only thing you must remember to do is:-
a) If you want to shop (say at Amazon), DONT GO DIRECT TO THE AMAZON WEBSITE.
b) Instead, go to the Easyfundraising site instead. Search on this site for the retailer you want to shop at, and click on the link in easyfundraising to go to that retailers website.
c) Shop in the retailers website as you normally do. Once you have been through checkout, you will get an email from Easyfundraising, stating how much money has been donated to Witton Albion.
PADDY POWER CASINO

Paddy Power has 3 or 4 websites on the internet, registered to Easyfundraising. Paddy Power Casino is one of them, who is giving a great donation to good causes if you shop with them for the first time.
They are donating £45 to your good cause, to shoppers who shop with them for the first time, and spend £10. In other words, if you open an account with Paddy Power Casino with £10, Witton Albion will get £45. Yes, it is a bit unbelievable, but it is TRUE! Several fans have already done it, and our Easyfundraising account has reached nearly £800, an increase of £450 in the last few days.

HOW TO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF PADDY POWER’s OFFER

  1. Register with Easyfundraising at WWW.EASYFUNDRAISING.ORG.UK. Don’t forget to select Witton Albion as your good cause.
  2. Don’t go direct to Paddy Power’s website (some people have gone direct and thus have not got the £45 Donatation – hence the reason for this notice). You must get to Paddy Power Casino’s website by selecting this retailer within the Easyfundraising site. VERY IMPORTANT!
  3. Make sure you have selected the Paddy Power CASINO site. Some people have just selected Paddy Power, and as such have not qualified for the £45 – hence another reason for this notice). VERY IMPORTANT!
  4. Deposit £10 with Paddy Power Casino.
You should get an email within a day confirming that £45 has been credited to Witton Albion. Easyfundaising will send a cheque to Witton Albion every 3 months for all the funds raised in that quarter.
