What an abject gutless performance from our so called super stars. they should be fined for conning the public into masquerading as footballers, and they should be banned from wearing an England shirt again.
Many people of this country would probably say you are stupid for saying that the majority who voted in a fair, democratic vote, who clearly didn’t agree with your opinion, are stupid. Agree with you on the football team though - embarrassing.
Lets hope we are not looking to sign any England players at Witton - we dont want to go that low ! and for WHS a democratic vote is what we are all about about and you should respect that.
The likes of Stirling, Sturridge, Harry Kane, Mr Rooney, and the two clueless players at centre back plus the rest of the team earning vast sums of money for being mediocre have been found out. I exclude Jamie Vardy from this because when he’s been on he’s given his all. The manager is also clueless where is the sense in your centre forward (Kane), taking free kicks when he should be in the penalty area scoring goals. Anyways Roy has gone now so lets hope the next guy to give the poison chalice a go actually plays people in the right position. As Mr Shearer said when asked how does Roy motivate the players, Alan said you should’nt need to be motivated when you pull on an England shirt. The same applies to our team at Witton I wish I’d been talented enough to pull on a red and white striped shirt and play for my club but I was hopeless at footie although I could shoot straight just hopeless at everything else!!
I am not that disappointed because I didnt expect much from England and having experienced Woy at Liverpool I knew how bad he was a stupid backward appointment from the off. Somehow we need a clean sweep and a fresh approach to the international scene.
Perhaps we should get an Aussie manager like the Rugby Union team!!

Not sure if that is tongue in cheek but I don’t think he’s actually a bad manager. The simple fact of the matter is our players are not good enough to beat the likes of Slovakia, Russia or Iceland despite being paid £100K a week and above in our domestic league. Arguably our best player is Vardy who is originally from a club very familiar to us, Stocksbridge Park Steels and latterly Fleetwood before going on to Leicester. Make of that what you will.
Why bother picking anyone to be the new Manager, just give it to the next lottery winner, you would not have to pay them and they would have at least a track record of being lucky!
